This remarkable and rare item is a goal net used in the 2006 World Cup final at the Olympic Stadium Berlin between Italy and France. It is presented in a customised box inscribed OFFIZIELLES NETZ DES FIFA WM 2006 FINALES with an artificially turfed lid. Sold with a signed letter of authenticity on FIFA letterhead from the Marketing Alliances Director dated 21st August 2006 and reading THIS IS TO CERTIFY THE "GOAL NET" AS THE ORIGINAL GOAL NET USED AT THE 2006 FIFA WORLD CUP FINAL IN BERLIN ON 9TH JULY 2006. THE COCA-COLA COMPANY HAS RECEIVED THIS NET AS THEIR EXCLUSIVE MARKETING PROGRAMME AND FIFA HAS APPROVED ITS USE FOR MARKETING PURPOSES.
