These autographs were collected by the British sprinter Ralph Banthorpe on behalf of the current vendor who as a schoolboy lived next door to the athlete in Fordhouses, Staffordshire. Banthorpe competed in the 200m and the 4x100m relay at the 1968 Olympic Games.
